New musicians must submit the attached form.  (If you do not submit all of the criteria exactly as asked you may not receive a reply back.)

* Please note these are cover music gigs, and are 3-4 hour gigs (with breaks). These aren't coffee-house or listening room gigs, we'd like the musicians to play a majority of popular, upbeat covers -- new and classic -- across a variety of genres.
